I feel that the difference between a CEO and a founder is a difference between a person who is focused and driven and one who’s still learning.
I’m going to say it again: You can’t do both. One of the first things you have to decide is what you want to do in your life. You will have to have a passion for it and an idea of what you want to do. And if you don’t, you won’t be able to do the work you want.
The founder is the person who founded a company, while the CEO is the person who makes it happen. This is why you need to look at your company’s mission statement to find out what it is they hope to accomplish. Some will say it’s just a statement of fact, but if you ask people what they want to accomplish with their company, they will tell you what they most want to accomplish.
The founder’s primary mission statement is usually about creating a strong team, and the CEO’s mission statement is usually about creating a great product. This is because the founder sets the tone of the company, and the CEO is the one who determines what the company stands for.
If I were a founder, I would probably have a general mission statement that talked about how I want the company to achieve something, and how I want the company to stay strong. I would also probably have a general purpose statement that talked about what the company stands for. I would probably use these to set a general tone for how the company is to operate.
The founder sets the general tone of a company. The CEO is the one who sets the general purpose. That general purpose can be anything, but the CEO is usually the person who decides what the company is about.
Because the CEO doesn’t have a general purpose, he/she is much more often than not set on a course that is contrary to the general purpose of the company. However, the founder does have a general purpose, so they are usually more likely to set on a course consistent with the general purpose of the company.
ceo vs founder is a question of perspective. The CEO seems to be on a course that is a bit different from the company, whereas the founder is on a course that is more similar to the company. However, the CEO is clearly the most logical choice to be the CEO. It’s not like the founder is the most logical choice to be the founder, because no one would ever want to be the founder.
CEO is the most logical choice to be CEO because the fact is that the company has never been founded. And the fact is that the founder has only been around for a bit. Therefore, the founder’s a more likely choice to be the founder, and the founder is the most logical choice to be the CEO.
