How comfortable you feel is a reflection of how you’ve been feeling for the last few days.

In some ways it can be comforting to have a strong sense of control when you are comfortable. But there’s a problem: when you are not comfortable, you can end up feeling like a victim. In other words, you can end up feeling like a victim of your own life. In the last few days, we’ve been feeling a lot of this. We’ve felt a lot of these feelings. We’ve felt a lot of these feelings.
